ABMagic Competition - Terms and Conditions

Prize consists of 1 x 2 hour performance during 01st December to and inclusive of 22nd December 2010.
Competition is open to all residents over the age of 18 years old within the United Kingdom.
Entry requires correct names, email addresses and towns to be valid.
Only one entry per person will be valid.
Prize will be drawn at random on the 31st October 2010 by a nominated representative of ABMagic. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize winner will be notified by email, and the winner will be published on www.adamberrymagic.com
Prize has no value and can not be exchanged for cash or any other service.
Prize in non transferable.
Prize must be taken within the dates specified in point one unless other arrangements are made and agreed by both Adam Berry and the Prize Winner in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Prize winners outside of London home counties will be 100% responsible for costs related to travel by Adam Berry. If return travel is required after 10.30pm GMT, the Prize Winner will also be responsible for costs related to overnight accommodation and meals. Cost of travel and if required accommodation must be agreed in writing prior to performance.
